Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Aanoor Group (a website operated by Aanoor Global), we operate as a private business consultancy firm specializing in corporate documentation, business setup assistance, and compliance advisory. We operate completely independently of any government agency, registry, or statutory authority.

By engaging our services and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Separation of Fees

All payments made to Aanoor Group for business setup support, corporate consulting, or document preparation are strictly categorized into two separate portions:

• Professional Consulting Fees: Fees charged directly by Aanoor Group for expert consultation, structural guidance, digital signatures, and application drafting.
• Government Statutory Fees / Filing Charges: Official fees, stamp duties, and processing charges mandated and collected directly by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), GST Department, DGFT, or other government bodies.

3. Cancellation & Refund Terms

Because our team initiates professional work, document drafting, and data verification immediately upon receiving an order, refunds are calculated on a milestone basis:

• Pre-Processing Stage (100% Refund): If a cancellation request is submitted in writing before Aanoor Group begins any documentation, drafting, or DSC/DIN processing, a 100% refund of the paid Professional Consulting Fee will be issued.
• Drafting Stage (50% Refund): If a cancellation request is submitted after documentation has been drafted or digital keys have been initialized, but prior to official filing, a 50% refund of the Professional Consulting Fee will be issued to cover administrative and labor costs incurred.
• Filing & Submission Stage (0% Refund): Once an application, form, or dossier has been officially submitted to the government portal or relevant statutory registrar, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Government Statutory Fees Non-Refundable Policy

Please note that all official Government Statutory Fees, stamp duties, and direct department charges paid out during the registration process are 100% non-refundable once processed or submitted. Aanoor Group cannot recover these funds from government departments and is not liable to refund these charges to the client if an application is rejected, queried, or delayed by a government authority.

5. Processing Timeline

All legitimate and approved refund requests will be processed through the original payment gateway or via direct bank transfer to the client's verified account within 7 business days from the date of formal written approval by the management.
