1. Private Consultancy Status

Our firm, Aanoor Global (operating as Aanoor Group), operates strictly as a private business consultancy and document preparation assistance firm. We are not a government entity, department, or official registry, and we do not represent any government authority. Our services are provided to assist you in compliance filings and document compilation for a fee.

2. Separation of Government Fees

All mandatory government statutory fees, filing charges, stamp duties, or taxes required for registration (such as MCA registration fees, GST filing fees, etc.) are not included in Aanoor Group's professional service fees. All such statutory fees must be paid separately and directly to the respective government portals or authorized banks by the client.

3. Registration Processing Timelines

Any completion timelines shared by our consultants are strictly estimates based on average historical processing periods. Actual registration or filing completion timelines may vary based on government portal availability, department workload, queries raised by officers, or amendments to statutory rules. Aanoor Global is not liable for business losses or operational delays resulting from government processing delays.

4. Client Responsibility & Accuracy of Data

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information, declarations, identity proofs, and address proofs provided to Aanoor Group for drafting and filing are true, accurate, and valid. Aanoor Group is not responsible for applications rejected, delayed, or blacklisted due to inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by the client.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All refund requests are handled according to our official Refund & Cancellation Policy, which operates on a milestone basis depending on the stage of file preparation, drafting, or submission. Once an application has been submitted to the government, no refunds are issued under any circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

The branding, layouts, content, and design system elements of Aanoor Group are the intellectual property of Aanoor Global and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written authorization.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any contractual relationships formed under them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
